Under the Strata Titles Law, owners of condominiums and other Strata properties, are obliged to insure for full replacement value. Our Strata policy will provide cover for buildings and common areas of your Strata property against damage caused by hurricane, earthquake, flood, fire, burglary and a range of other perils. It will also protect your strata association against legal liability for injuries to visitors. Cover can also be provided for alternative accommodation for owners in the event that insured damage renders the property uninhabitable.
