FREE basic home alarm system & monitored smoke detector from The Security Centre

When you sign up for a new Cayman First Home Insurance Policy or renew your current policy, the customer service representative at Cayman First or your broker will present you with a certificate to be redeemed at The Security Centre Limited.

The Security Centre Limited will then arrange a safety inspection of your home and advise you on the best way to protect your property.

The basic alarm system as shown below will be free. If you wish to upgrade from the basic system, The Security Centre Limited will provide you with a quotation for the upgrade, and $499 will be deducted from the total cost.

Monitoring:
There will be a $55 monthly monitoring fee paid directly to The Security Centre Limited ($165 direct debit quarterly). First quarterly payment to be paid prior to installation as well as any additional equipment costs.

Customers must have home insurance with Cayman First as well as a telephone line. To be eligible for the program, there is a two year minimum period for alarm monitoring.
