Mr. Michael Gayle
Michael joined the company in 2007. He has more than 30 years of insurance experience, more than 20 of which have been in a senior executive capacity in Jamaica and in Cayman. He headed our Property and Casualty Department until the end of 2010, and was appointed General Manager as of January 1, 2011. He is a past President of the Cayman Islands Insurance Association (CIIA) and is currently the Vice President of the CIIA. He holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Gordon Phillip
Gordon joined the company over 25 years ago, after 5 years of training and work experience with firms of chartered accountants in London and Cayman. He holds an MA in business related studies from Aberdeen University, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Vice President – Group Insurance Services
Ms. Seeta Paltoo
Seeta joined the company in  2000. She has over 33 years of insurance experience with more than 15 years in a management capacity in Trinidad, Barbados, the Eastern Caribbean Islands and Cayman. She holds a Masters Degree in General Executive Management (MBA); Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (BS) and Professional  Insurance Designations-HIA and ALHC. She is currently the Chairperson of the Health Insurance Standing Committee of Cayman Islands Insurance Association and on the Board of Directors of the                                     Insurance Association of the Caribbean.

Assistant Vice President – Property & Casualty Department
Ms. Judy Campbell
Judy joined the company over 25 years ago, straight out of high school. Having started out as a receptionist, she has worked her way up through the organization. She served as the Operations Manager of the Property and Casualty Department for a number of years, and was appointed Assistant Vice President on March 1, 2011. In this position, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department. The holder of the CII Certificate, Judy is currently furthering her insurance studies.

Operations Manager – Group Insurance Services
Ms. Tania Ramsaran
Tania joined the company over 20 years ago. In her capacity as Operations Manager, Group Insurance Services, she is responsible for ensuring that the operations of Group Insurances Services department run smoothly and efficiently. Tania stays abreast of current industry trends through the completion of multiple training courses and seminars, and self-study and is currently furthering her studies.

Claims Manager – Property and Casualty
Mr. Derrymore Lyon
Derry joined the company in 2001 having worked in various other insurance organizations here in Cayman. He has had over 16 years experience working in the local insurance industry in Property and Casualty Claims Departments, 9 of which has been with us. He has completed various courses of study with the Chartered Insurance Institute and will be pursuing further studies in the near future to qualify as a Licensed Claims Adjuster.

Customer Care Manager
Frances Patterson-Campbell
Frances Patterson-Campbell joined Cayman First in May 2011.
Frances is a pharmacist and prior to joining Cayman First, held management and marketing positions in the pharmaceutical industry in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands.

Frances earned a Master of Arts in Marketing in 2003 from University of Central England, Birmingham, and a Bachelors of Science in Management Studies in 2006 from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica and a Diploma in Pharmacy in 1989 from College of Arts Science & Technology, Jamaica.
